I don't think so; MPs usually ignore multiple identical mails, such as the ones that would be sent by those petitions.
One of the dangers of online petitions is that they are a far less effective tool for change than writing to an MP, Lord or Assembly Member. Like turning up to an Anonymous vs Scientology protest, signing an online petition makes people feel they've Done Something Political, but it's far less effective a tool of dissent than some of the other things they could be doing.
