This may seem a complete waste to some, but I'm near pension age and remember my dad saying 'IF YOU DON'T VOTE YOU CAN'T ARGUE!' Since the 79 election, I still walk to polling station, but put my own box at the bottom, tick it and write 'none of the above'.... Yes I know it counts as a spoilt ballot, but I've used my vote, thus I can argue with my dad's blessing.

Spoiling your ballot that way is a fine tradition :)

That is the insidious, pernicious slogan of the state State Lie machine. So if you don't vote for a voting system that can not have any place in a democracy ,then you should not criticize it.When you vote you urinate on the graves of over a million people from this country alone who died for the promise of democracy which has never been implemented, indeed what you vote for is nothing less than a 19th century semi feudal state, which is over a hundred years out of time.It is the likes of you who are the cause of all the trouble in this Country, for you have still voted and supported the system

That's a bit harsh don't you think? Spoiling your ballot is hardly a ringing endorsement of the system.

You have a candidate in your area? Excellent!

I would definitely vote for them if they were standing in my area, especially after the LibDems Digital Economy Bill fiasco.

I guess this is no longer true, as I'm now running in the election myself! Good luck to the Pirates in other areas though.

I'll also be voting for the SNP.

We're lucky North of the border to have a real alternative party which has actually implemented some of the social policies it promised voters, and that with only a minority government.

I will be voting Lib Dem purely because they have a proposed Freedom Bill that aims to repeal many of the laws introduced by Labour that have removed our liberties. You can read the full text of the bill at this location: http://www.darkpolitricks.com/the-freedom-bill/

With all the talk of a hung parliament and the Lib Dems the most likely beneficiary it seems like a once in a lifetime opportunity to enact some real change. If the Lib Dems do hold the balance of power then I sincerely hope they will make enactment of this bill a condition of their forming a coalition government whether it be with the Tories or Labour.

They seem to be the only party that seems serious about protecting our civil liberties so I will give them a chance. If it wasn't for their Freedom Bill I would have spoiled the ballot.

'Another Party's first four letters are an anagram of NOTA - so took that to be your best offer

I will vote for the British National Party. The party that does what it says on the tin. The only party that is against the surrender of our home to the totalitarian E.U.
The deportation of illegals, who occupy most of our prison space. They will abolish the Csa.
Are the only true party that will look after the British public when the state is selling us out.
They are called racist. Why? I tell you why, because the media the government are communtotalitarian and the party just doesn't fit into any of those agendas. and what better way to turn the public against them, use commy tactics and call them racist....for being patriotic...another bug bear of the commy
